Life coaching and mentoring support for young men and their families
My intention is to support young men in learning how to master their attention, mind, and body so they can create a life that feels meaningful, confident, and self-directed.
As a mentor and coach for young men, I help teenage boys and young men:
-
Clarify what they are passionate about
-
Build confidence and discipline
-
Overcome procrastination and avoidance
-
Reduce anxiety and self-doubt
-
Create structure and accountability
-
Turn their goals into consistent action

Growth requires stepping outside your comfort zone — which often brings up fear, doubt, and discomfort. Through practical strategies rooted in psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic coaching, I help young men move through these challenges rather than avoid them.
The core skill we develop is the ability to “stop and start.”
-
Stop unhelpful behaviors (excess phone use, gaming, avoidance, substance habits, negative thinking and worrying)
-
Start behaviors that are important and meaningful (working out, learning, meeting new friends, trying new things)
Whether the challenge is anxiety, depression, addiction, boredom, or low motivation, the key is learning how to effectively work with attention, thinking patterns, and the body.
This is how confidence is built.
This is how discipline is strengthened.
This is how a meaningful life is created.
